FORT MYERS, Fla. (CBS12) — Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the conviction of a gang-affiliated undocumented migrant, highlighting Operation 13 Tiers, which led to the arrest of 25 individuals and the seizure of hundreds of pounds of dangerous drugs.
“This case is part of Operation 13 Tiers, which has led to the arrest of 25 gang-affiliated individuals in South Florida,” Attorney General James Uthmeier stated on Wednesday morning. “We want to send a clear message: there is zero tolerance for these activities in Florida.
