Chattanooga realtor arrested in Florida theft case, accused of battery on officer

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A Chattanooga-based realtor has been arrested on Florida warrants after investigators say he stole $30,000 from a business using a fraudulent check.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida announced the arrest in a social media post, identifying the suspect as James West.
