BEREA, Ohio (WJW) – A Berea couple expecting their third child this summer are celebrating early after winning a big lottery prize this week.
According to Ohio Lottery, Brian was recently out shopping while his wife was home sleeping when he decided to buy a lottery ticket from the Sunoco gas station on West Bagley Road in Berea.
Lottery officials said Brian paid $5 for the EZPLAY Progressive Jackpot Lucky Numbers and realized he would be taking home thousands of dollars.

The winning ticket had 15 “5”s, meaning the wager was worth 25% of Tuesday’s $182,465 jackpot. According to Ohio Lottery, Brian won more than $45,000 and will receive more than $33,000 after state and federal taxes…
