Trial is underway for the third person indicted for a fatal hit and run outside a poker hub in Riverside.
Eric Michael Caldwell, John David Disney and Ryan Scott Wilson were taken into custody following the incident back on Oct. 4, 2023, which saw 58-year-old David Mills struck by a vehicle.
