SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Robertson County School District is requesting that the Tennessee Department of Education waive some of its snow days following the recent deadly winter storm.
In addition to the request, the school board also voted to change one of its professional development days into an instructional day.
RCSD said each year, the district gets about 10 days in its stockpile to use for snow and inclement weather days. Of those 10 days, generally two or three are used for professional development days…
