HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A trooper was injured during an altercation with a minor during a traffic stop in January involving a stolen car, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Around 1:22 p.m. on Jan. 20, troopers pulled over a vehicle that was known to be stolen near the 700 block of South 21st Street.
