LANCASTER, Pa. — The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office released the cause of the death of an inmate at Lancaster County Prison earlier this month.
According to coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni, 61-year-old inmate Erik Guenther was found unresponsive in his cell at about 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 30.
