LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Metro Police have arrested a fourth suspect in the fatal shooting of a man near Pleasure Ridge Park.
On Dec. 20, 2025, police said 20-year-old Milton Ritchie was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds outside of a car in a ditch in the 3000 block of Fordhaven Road.
