Mobile police arrest man accused of firing shot through home

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers arrested a man who they said assaulted another man and fired a shot through the door of his home.

According to an MPD news release, officers were called to the 2100 block of Barbara Drive just after 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 7 for a report of a shooting.

Officers said when they arrived, they found that the two men had gotten into an argument, when the suspect, now identified as 29-year-old Demarco Robinson, allegedly attacked the victim.

The release said Robinson then grabbed a gun and fired a shot through the door.
