An Ocala woman has accused a local dental practice of botching an implant procedure that left her with permanent injuries that require corrective surgery.
Yang McClure filed the complaint on Jan. 29 in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court for Marion County against Sapphire Dental Affiliates, P.A., which does business as Ocala Dental Care (2415 SW 27th Ave).
The lawsuit alleges that McClure visited the dental office on Jan. 17, 2024, for the installation of three dental implants and two restorative crowns.
