Deputies investigate trespassing report at former Legacy at Grande’Vie, no threat to public safety

PENFIELD, N.Y. — Monroe County sheriff’s deputies say there’s no threat to public safety after investigating a report of trespassing at the former Legacy at Grande’Vie retirement home.

It all started around 9:20 p.m., when a private security company called 911 to report trespassing. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw multiple officers and drones around the property on Five Mile Line Road in Penfield.
