Syracuse, N.Y. — Red Hawk Brewing is for sale as owners Kathy and Bob Dodge prepare to retire after over a decade of running the establishment in the town of Onondaga.
The brewery at 4504 Bussey Road will remain open with regular hours and events until the property is sold, the owners told syracuse.com. The Dodges said they haven’t settled on an asking price, but they have scheduled showings for potential buyers in the coming weeks.
