Ground Provisions is under new ownership. Last summer, Philly restaurateurs Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby quietly sold their acclaimed suburban spinoff Ground Provisions to two familiar faces. New owners Nora Wilson and Brandon Berigner have worked with Kate and Rich on and off for a decade, including the last three years in Dilworthtown.
“We opened Ground Provisions with them, and they were generous enough to offer us the opportunity to buy [it] from them in July of last year,” said Nora.
The duo is likely familiar to GP regulars. Brandon has served as chef de cuisine since the restaurant’s opening in 2023 and will continue in the role. Nora has pitched in everywhere from prep cook and server to kitchen manager, pastry chef, and general manager. She’ll continue in the latter two roles…
