ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man pleaded not guilty in a case accusing him of stealing a car with children inside before leaving them in the middle of the road last year.
Antoney Higgins, 25, pleaded not guilty Feb. 5 to two counts of child kidnapping, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child creating a substantial risk, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing – $750 or more.
