Drugging claims prompt Brett Logsdon event cancellations in Eugene

CORVALLIS, Ore. – A Halloween party at the Benton County Fairgrounds turned into a nightmare for Chloe May and Luke Cheek from Junction City. They claim they blacked out and were found injured shortly after arriving at the event.

Chloe May described the terrifying experience.

“He had a hold of me hanging on to me, but he was seizing and foaming from the mouth and I was just completely blacked in his lap,” May said. “My leggings were torn. I mean, my dress was like up to here.”…
