AUBURN, Wash. — A day after a quadruple shooting at the Phoenix Rising Apartments in Auburn, police have yet to make any arrests or determine the sequence of events that led to four people being injured.
The incident occurred late Monday afternoon at the supportive housing complex, which provides services for young adults experiencing homelessness.
