LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The fate was decided for 24-year-old Raul Angel Castorena, the man responsible for a deadly, multi-car crash in the central Las Vegas valley.
On Tuesday, Judge Bita Yeager sentenced Castorena to a minimum of two years in prison and a maximum of six, the toughest penalty under the law.
