Police are searching for an “armed and dangerous” suspect they say was involved in an August shooting near a Phillipsburg warehouse.
Justin J. Makuta, 22, of the 1100 block of Oak Street in Allentown, is charged with second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and fourth-degree witness tampering.
Co-defendants include 23-year-old Joshua Makuta of Allentown, identified in court records as Justin J. Makuta’s brother, and 20-year-old Jorel Rivera of Catasauqua…
