Man charged with deliberately tossing fish-hook-laced food on Easton street in animal cruelty case

Three days after a concerned pet owner discovered pieces of beef sticks with fish hooks inside scattered in Downtown Easton, police have made an arrest.

Joseph Janko-Hudson, 47, of Easton, was arrested Wednesday on charges of cruelty to animals and attempted cruelty to animals, court records say.
