Former Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan says any problems regarding the opening of the Gordie Howe Bridge between Windsor and Detroit can be worked out quickly. The independent candidate spoke Wednesday in front of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Regional Chamber.
