Looks like some potential new things to do are coming to Augusta. But, when? Augusta commissioners are continuing with plans for a water park in South Augusta. But the location and timeline are a bit confusing.
WRDW reports that the city has set aside $5 million in taxpayer money to help develop the project. The water park will be an additional activity to bring to the area. The city is hoping to recruit a private company to contribute additional money and operate the park.
