AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Neighbors say upgrades can’t come soon enough for the Allen Homes neighborhood.
The area has seen little change in the decades it’s been around, but Augusta’s Neighborhood Choice Initiative has been working for years on a project to breathe new life into the community.
