BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –A Lancaster man has pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment after he yelled racial slurs and grabbed a child around the neck during a road rage incident last spring, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced.
The victim was bringing her two young daughters to school around 6:50 a.m. on May 6, 2025 when an argument broke out between her and another driver. The incident occurred at Union Road and George Urban Boulevard.
Justin Goodrich, 35, yelled profanity and racial slurs at the victim. She threw coins at his car and he exited, reached through the passenger side window and grabbed one of her daughters by the collar of her shirt…
