Cape Coral’s newest and highly anticipated mixed-use development, Bimini Square, held its official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday.
Located at 440 Cape Coral Pkwy E., the $100 million project, spearheaded by Crowne Development and constructed by Brooks and Freund, boasts luxury apartment living with studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes ranging in price from $1,600 to $5,000 per month.
