Weeks after a massive January snowstorm blanketed the Capital Region, the City of Albany is still digging out, and residents say there’s room for improvement when it comes to storm response.
More than 300 cars were towed in the immediate aftermath of the storm, despite the city giving residents a day’s notice to move their vehicles. City officials say non-compliance made snow removal more difficult, especially on narrow city streets.
