The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office announces recent developments in the prosecution of Woravit Mektrakarn, charged with murder, in connection with the dis- appearance and presumed death of one of his employees nearly three decades ago.
The victim, Luis Garcia, who worked for Mektrakarn at his Ontario noodle business, was last seen on Nov. 23, 1996, when he was believed to have met Mektrakarn to receive a final payment in a financial agreement.
Luis Garcia was never seen again…
