MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman caught on camera was pulled from her car after a traffic stop Friday involving the Tennessee Highway Patrol and dragged into custody.
Heaven Byrd, 24, was charged with speeding, having no driver’s license, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting official detention, violation of financial law, and driving while license suspended, revoked, or cancelled.
