PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — An elderly Providence couple has filed a lawsuit against a Rhode Island real estate broker accusing him of orchestrating a so-called “foreclosure rescue” scheme.
The lawsuit claims Kyle Seyboth, owner of Seyboth Team Real Estate, and his associates tricked the victims into selling their home for significantly less than market value.
