A popular Midwest restaurant chain has selected Henrico County as the site of its first Metro Richmond location.
Culver’s is planning to open at 4306 South Laburnum Avenue, across from White Oak Village. The existing building at the site will be demolished and a new one will be built to the company’s traditional standards, according to officials.
