$50M Steel 70 industrial project begins construction in Clayton

CLAYTON — Steel 70 Industrial, a $50 million industrial development along Clayton Boulevard, broke ground Tuesday, marking the start of construction on a market-ready project intended to serve industrial and logistics businesses in Clayton.

The three-building campus is being developed by Blue Steel Development, with design-build services provided by ARCO Design/Build. Town of Clayton economic development officials described the groundbreaking as a milestone in ongoing efforts to expand and diversify the local economy.

Steel 70 Industrial will provide approximately 346,400 square feet of industrial space designed to accommodate logistics, warehousing and light industrial users.
