ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Trial proceedings in the case of Sam Nordquist’s homicide have been scheduled.
Proceedings are scheduled to begin in September 2026. No specific dates were announced, but the Ontario County DA’s Office says at least one trial is expected to begin then. There will also be court appearances scheduled for April 22 and April 24.

Additionally, the DA’s Office said there will be more than one trial and that each one is expected to last around a month.
