CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A man was arrested Monday in Iowa for allegedly shooting a man to death in Hyde Park two years ago.
Christopher Maxwell, 56, was taken into custody at around noon in the 0-100 block of Third Avenue Bridge in Cedar Rapids Monday.
