CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — First Avenue in Cedar Rapids could soon get a major upgrade under a proposed corridor plan aimed at making the street safer, more walkable and more attractive.
Adam Lindenlaub, the city’s assistant director of community development, said the proposal is meant to show what redevelopment along the corridor could look like.
