MADISON, Wis. — Two people alleged that their vehicles’ windows and tires were deflated after returning from the bar last Wednesday.
The Madison Police Department was dispatched to Applegate Court near FIVE Nightclub at around 12:20 p.m. Both victims had parked their cars outside the bar the previous evening.
