OMAHA, Neb. — A man identified as Jackson Monydeng was arrested on Oct. 4 after being stopped by Officer Zumaya for failing to signal properly while driving a silver Ford F150 in Nebraska.
Officer Zumaya reported detecting the odor of alcohol and observing Monydeng’s bloodshot, watery eyes.
Monydeng consented to field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly and provided a failing preliminary breath test sample…
