SHREVEPORT, La. – Saturday’s Krewe of Gemini parade is in limbo as parade day approaches along with the possibility of severe weather. Krewe Captain Cole Guthrie told KTBS 3 News that he and other Gemini representatives will be meeting with city officials Thursday morning to make a final decision.
Guthrie says the options are possibly moving the parade roll time up to 1 p.m. from 3 p.m. or perhaps, a worst case scenario, even bumping it to the next weekend.
Currently the plan is for the parade to roll at 3 p.m. starting at Clyde Fant Parkway at Lake Street and ending at East Kings Highway at East Preston Street…
