A Meridian man has been charged with five counts of felony rape after, police say, he posted multiple videos of himself having sexual intercourse with a woman who was incoherent and incapacitated.
Thomas Spencer, 50, posted the videos in a chat room on the social media platform Telegram, Meridian police said in a news release. The release states that the victim “did not consent to the activity, was unaware that the videos were made, and had no recollection of the activity.”
