WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — The mother of one of the three disabled men killed in a carbon monoxide incident last Friday is speaking out about her son’s life, sharing her grief, and asking for justice.
The three men were left inside a running van while the driver allegedly went into his apartment to eat lunch and watch TV for three and a half hours. The driver, 25-year-old Isaiah Pulu, was taken into custody on Friday and is facing charges of manslaughter and aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult.
The three men who died were 22-year-old Mosa’ati Moa, 39-year-old Tim Jones, and 25-year-old Colton Moser. Colton’s mother, Wendy Rollins, is now speaking out, telling the world about her son and asking for justice.

“Colton was beautifully different,” she described. “Without having any language, he figured out how to communicate. Colton had humor. He definitely had a unique personality. He had big, bright green eyes and a wide smile. He had a definite passion for life.”
