A Windsor Police Department officer has been placed on paid leave after being arrested on burglary and harassment charges.
Windsor Police Department officer Timothy Seabra, 33, was arrested by the Johnstown Police Department on Jan. 25 on three charges: second-degree burglary, a Class 3 felony; harassment, a Class 1 misdemeanor; and false imprisonment, a Class 2 misdemeanor, according to online court records.
