Spokane County, Washington – A felony theft investigation that began at a north Spokane Valley store ended with an arrest after an automated license plate reader alert helped deputies locate the suspect.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, a loss prevention employee reported a theft at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Jan. 21 at a business in the 14400 block of North Newport Highway.
