A place that will honor the spirit and fire of John McCain, and the principles, passions and core beliefs that defined him, came one step closer to reality on Jan. 29 with the groundbreaking of the John S. McCain III Library and Museum in Tempe.
The 80,000-square-foot structure will sit on 22 acres at 200 E. Curry Road, a short walk from Tempe Town Lake, a component of McCain’s legacy project Rio Reimagined.
