Ohio AG sues 9 multistate cannabis operators which allegedly schemed to keep prices high

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKRC) – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has sued multiple multi-state cannabis operators which allegedly schemed to keep prices high and harm small, Ohio-based cannabis businesses.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed an antitrust lawsuit accusing nine multistate cannabis operators of working together to limit competition in Ohio’s cannabis market, reducing product choice and keeping prices artificially high while harming smaller, Ohio-based cannabis businesses.
