LEBANON, Ohio (WXIX) – A smoke shop in Lebanon is under investigation for selling nitrous oxide, a gas that can be used as an inhalant.
The Ohio Investigative Unit said it performed an investigation at Lebanon Smoke Shop on Feb. 5 and uncovered 17 cases with around 24 canisters, each filled with the gas.
