GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – During oral arguments in an appeals court today, an attorney for GRU claimed “Gainesville is mounting an insurrection against the state of Florida.”
Samuel Solario made the case that city leaders had no right to hold a referendum to invalidate the state statute creating the GRU Authority Board.
