Negligence lawsuit filed in SCI Camp Hill prison inmate’s 2019 suicide settled

The Attorney General’s Office has agreed to pay $600,000 to the father of a incarcerated man who died 11 days after attempting to hang himself at SCI Camp Hill in 2019.

Joseph McQuaid sued the Department of Corrections for wrongful death and negligence on behalf of his son, Dominic Ingle, in 2021.
