LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An arrest warrant was issued by the Manheim Township Police Department after a man reportedly tried to cash a stolen check, according to the police.
On Monday, Brian Graves, 48, was charged with trying to cash a stolen $4,300 check on Jan. 15 at Ephrata National Bank in Manheim Township.
