GATES, N.Y. — Two men are facing charges in April’s shooting at the parking lot of Tinseltown Movie Theater that wounded two people.
Javeon Jackson-Grisham and Beau Brown, both 19-year-old Rochester residents, are charged with assault and reckless endangerment. Gates Police say they arrested Jackson-Grisham and Brown on Friday, Feb. 6, and brought them to the Monroe County Jail for arraignment.
Police have been investigating ever since the shooting on April 25. Officers responded to the parking lot on Buffalo Road just after 1 a.m. after getting 911 calls. Gates Police Chief Robert Long said there was a crowd of about 100 people outside the theater at the time the shots went off…
