ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Roanoke City leadership is continuing to push for an entertainment district at the property of the Berglund Center, with a casino at the center.
As public debate over that idea swirls, Roanoke City Mayor Joe Cobb attempted to address concerns directly with an op-ed sent to local media on February 3.
