Soil sampling on Piedmont Rd and N White Rd Feb 18–23
Valley Water will collect soil samples along Piedmont Rd and North White Rd from Maxey Dr to Patt Ave between February 18 and February 23, 2026. Crews will mark underground utilities on February 12 and 13, 2026 before drilling begins. Work will take place on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with partial lane closures during the day.
Traffic will remain open in both directions, and flaggers and signs will guide drivers and pedestrians safely. Each hole will be refilled and the road restored at the end of the project.
