POWAY, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego County Sheriff confirmed Wednesday that a student has been detained on suspicion of making several threats towards Meadowbrook Middle School.
According to SDCS, on Sunday evening, school administrators contacted authorities about an email sent to school staff. In the email, an individual made threats to commit acts of violence at school the following day.
Deputies immediately began investigating the email, and on Monday, they remained on the Meadowbrook Middle School campus for the entire day out of caution. The threats made on Sunday evening turned out to be unfounded, SDCS says…
